Fairdoc is an ICHRA agency. We help small businesses give their employees a fixed, employer-funded, tax-free budget for health coverage. Each employee then chooses the individual plan that fits them and their family.

We do this because we believe health benefits should work for American families and the local businesses that employ them. Care should be affordable, prices should be clear, and patients should be free to choose.

In the future, we plan to build a cash-price transparency product so people can see what care costs before they pay. It is not available yet. For now, our work starts with helping small employers offer benefits they can plan around.
